2. CALL RECORDINGS AND COMMUNICATIONS

Callco may record, monitor, transcribe, analyze, store, and process telephone calls, voicemails, messages, and communications that pass through or interact with the Services. Recording functionality may not be enabled for all customers, calls, or situations. However, Callco reserves the right to record, monitor, transcribe, review, and retain communications as reasonably necessary to provide Services, improve performance, maintain quality assurance, investigate issues, ensure security, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our agreements. 1 Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all required notices, disclosures, and consents related to call recording, monitoring, or transcription are provided in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

 

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use information for any lawful business purpose, including to: • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services • Deliver AI receptionist functionality • Process transactions and subscriptions • Authenticate users and secure accounts • Schedule appointments and facilitate communications • Respond to support requests • Improve system performance and reliability • Train, test, evaluate, and enhance operational processes • Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized activity • Enforce our agreements and policies • Comply with legal obligations • Protect our rights, property, users, and business interests

 

4. AI PROCESSING

The Services utilize artificial intelligence technologies, including services provided by Anthropic's Claude models and related infrastructure providers. Information submitted through the Services, including call transcripts, communications, scheduling information, and other content, may be processed by such providers solely for purposes related to delivering, operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services. While we take reasonable measures to work with reputable providers, we do not control the independent privacy, security, or operational practices of third-party service providers.

 

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Wix Payments and Stripe. Callco does not store complete payment card numbers or payment credentials on its systems. Payment information is subject to the privacy policies and security practices of the applicable payment processor.

 

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may utilize third-party providers to operate our Services, including: • Wix • Stripe • Anthropic (Claude) • Analytics providers • Telecommunications providers • Messaging providers • Cloud hosting providers • Security providers • Customer support providers These providers may receive information as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

 

7. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not sell personal information. 8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are solely responsible for: • The legality of information submitted to the Services • Obtaining all necessary consents from callers, customers, employees, and third parties • Compliance with privacy, telecommunications, recording, consumer protection, and other applicable laws • Maintaining the accuracy of information submitted to the Services Callco is not responsible for a customer's failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

 

9. DATA RETENTION

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing: • Account information may be retained for operational, legal, security, and compliance purposes. • Call transcripts, conversation logs, and related service data may be retained during the active subscription period. • Following cancellation or termination of a subscription, customer data is generally deleted within thirty (30) days. • Customers may request accelerated deletion of eligible data by contacting us. We reserve the right to retain information for longer periods where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect rights, or maintain security records.

 

10. DATA SECURITY

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission, storage, or security measure is completely secure. Accordingly, Callco cannot and does not guarantee absolute security and disclaims liability for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

 

11. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
